Do I need my camera on?

For safety reasons, we do ask that everyone has their camera on during the session. Don’t worry - you’ll be in spotlight mode, so only the hosts will be able to see you.

Do I need any special equipment?

This session will include a guided relaxation. We suggest you find somewhere comfy to be with a pillow and a blanket. Come as cosy as you like: pyjamas, dim lights… whatever helps you unwind and sink into the calm.

What if I can’t make it live?

Due to the nature of this session, we’re unable to record it. We’d love for you to pop the date in your diary and make this small commitment to your own wellbeing - you deserve it. To keep the session calm and undisturbed, we won’t be able to admit latecomers, so please aim to be in the waiting room at least 5 minutes before we begin. We can’t wait to create this moment of calm with you.
